London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter ’18: Day Four Part 2
I decided to divide day four of London Fashion Week AW18 into two posts because a lot happened that day. Plus, I didn’t want to overwhelm you guys to sleep with too much awesomeness. 🙂 The second part of the day is a contrast between a designer that challenges the notion of what the fashion industry has become and Fashion designers all the way from The Middle East erasing the stereotype that stigmatises Arab Women as an oppressed community. Ilara Lepore: Kill Your Idols Ilaria Lepore is a contemporary fashion designer based in London since 2012. The designer’s interactions with the outer edges of society have led her to reverse…

London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter ’18: Day Four Part 1
If there’s one thing I can take from Attending London Fashion Week, it is the fact that it is the Ultimate 5 day Helter SKetler Weightloss Challenge! With Shows in every corner of the city and the poor excuse of navigation that my brain is, (I swear no sense of direction at all), I usually end up shedding over 7kgs per season hehe. My day started quite calmly with a journey through the process that goes behind manually creative part of this season’s collection with Pringle of Scotland Pringle of Scotland has long been known for marrying heritage and modernity. London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter ’18: Day Three
Sharon Wauchob For London Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 18 collection Sharon focused on the extremes of obvious and hidden femininity. Her need to keep a raw attitude to couture through splicing hand embroideries on satin coats. Elongating traditional silk dresses and pairing them with oversized Napa coats. Allthis inspired by a mix of photographers; David Noonan’s sculptures and pictures, Sarah Moon’s photographs and Martha Graham’s images. All who who have examined femininity through Dance and movement. She wanted decadence to counteract with rawness. Soft leather foiled with gold and hand polished gave a raw edge to a favourite shaped coat. Masculine and feminine always are working together in the collection and this…

London Fashion Week Spring/Summmer ’18: Day Three
The third day of London Fashion Week was a good day for me as for the first time I had an outfit that was LFW worthy. However being a very early day for me with the first show at 09:30am. I managed to barely do my makeup, wash and blow dry my hair.

London Fashion Week SS18: Day Two
Day two of London Fashion Week SS18 was a busier day for me. On this day I had the honour of attending four amazing shows. Something to note is that the spring and summer of 2018 will be filled with lots of pastels, ruffles, lots of print and color red mainly as an accessory.
